The morning after his 27th birthday, Jervasio is on his way to work in the outskirts of Madrid when the ticket inspector on duty catches him with a pass that doesn’t belong to him. This sparks a confrontation that is both hostile and comedic, in which Jerva rebels against authority and decides that, no matter what, he will get off the train when it reaches his stop—the last one on the line.
